   • “Help me design a morning schedule that protects my energy.”

2. Anchor it visibly.

   Save it somewhere you’ll see - calendar, task app, sticky note, Slack status, whatever works.

3. Treat it like an experiment.

   Not a rule. Not forever. Just a starting point for protecting what matters.

Because “back to work” doesn’t have to mean “back to what burned you out.”
