🧑💻 👩💻 ELEVATE USER CENTRICITY
User challenge definition is a crucial step in any design
or development process. It involves identifying and understanding
the problems or difficulties faced by the end-users
of a product or service.

By defining user challenges, businesses gain valuable insights into the needs, desires, and pain points of their target audience. This information serves as a foundation for creating innovative and effective solutions that address real user problems. Moreover, user challenge definition helps in prioritizing features and functionalities, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.

By focusing on user challenges, both research & discovery teams can enhance customer satisfaction, improve user experience and build stronger relationships between product & customer ❤️

Summer has started this year with a simple idea : why work shouldn't rhymes with outdoor activities ? Home office or not, how could we break the office routine during remote time ?

🔥 STOP BUILD OUTCOMES,
START TO MAKE IMPACT

Workshop preparation doesn’t need an office
After more than 11k hours standing for Renault Group, I've started my entrepreneur journey with a strong culture of deliverables. Does my digital research labs change the way customer perceive the brand ?
🗑️ NO for sure ! Despite tones of disruptive products delivered so few reach the market. Starting my product leadership at the Thiga Academy with Fabrice des Mazery teach me one thing : focus on impact and change your world !
Here few ideas to work differently as an entrepreneur :
👉 Considerate your customer’s goals and regularly evaluate satisfaction,
👉 Knowledge & operations : create systems to optimise your internal process like Martta Oliveira, head of innovation for Cofidis,
👉 Extend your capacities training AI assistant and automation on your most recurrent tasks.

🎛️ BALANCE YOUR WORKLOAD
AND REACH THE MOON

Dr Bernard surf school & co-work by the sea, Caparica coast, Portugal
A typical digital nomad day is full of enlightening experiences that bring focus and productivity to the next level. Because we are multiple, factoring your workload saving time for activities is a real game changer 🕹️
Here is my favourite day set-up :
👉 08.30 Morning sport routine with a high Intensity training boxing,
👉 09.30 - 11h00 Product mentoring & mailing,
👉 11.30 - 13h Landing, swimming & lunch at the sea co-work,
👉 13.00 - 14.00 Catch up with my daughter surf school on Wednesday
👉 14.00 - 17.00 Videoconferencing and production focus,
👉 17.00 - 19.00 Kids and family routine & diners,
👉 19.00 - 21.00 Perfect Day check out, play again,
Ask Toni Dos Santos, virtual session can really stand productive few meters from the shore 🏝️

🎒 YOUR OFFICE IN A BAG

Refreshing board design & training preparation
Webinar, workshops & remote experience deserves a complete set-up to entertain participants and make the magic happen ✨ On my previous post on my remote studio setup (https://lnkd.in/g2vjju3q) I didn't outline the Minimum Viable Setup that support my mobility :
👉 Apple MacBook Air M2 to provide 10 + hours of multitasking work,
👉 Shokz Open Comm 2 headset with a strong noice cancellation,
👉 Anker Prime 20000 mAh Power Bank to make it last,
👉 Miro, Figma, monday.com & ChatGPT as a best company.
Lionel Estorach & Gonçalo Ribeiro should not complain about a full remote collaboration with a digital nomad so, unchain your talent and your value from outcomes a set your remote with passion : life is too short to be boring
