🏁 FAST ONBOARDING

Already my 4th Web Summit in Lisbon, the registration procedure best time is well known by veterans ! Here are my recommendations.

15 minutes from registration to central stage crossing security relies on a simple recommendation :

• Avoid registration on the pre-opening keynote (and enjoy Lisbon),

• Be at registration tents before 09.00 a.m.

• Grab your first coffee from the Delta team inside Pavillon 1

After, take the time to enjoy a nice coffee facing the Lisbon sun raise, making a couple of connexions before the Central Stage opens at 10 !

📅 BUILD YOUR SCHEDULE FROM THE INSIDE

Also if the Web Summit app is still a crap, it is still the best place to design your schedule and book your sessions with points of interest (AI, AI and more AI on my side) !

And where in the world is the best place to organise your schedule, if not a Central Stage seat ?

Having in mind that moving from Pavillon 5 to central stage “costs” at least 30 minutes, keep in mind that building your schedule should take into consideration movement.

I have cut in half days movement from one scene to another to ensure avoiding too much translations…

Keeping lunch time for good connections !
