🌟 REDEFINING OUR FUTURE TOGETHER

2025 is around the corner, and the 101 Team has kicked off a transformative process to reimagine our values, our organization, and our impact. This new chapter is all about community, creativity, and co-creation.

In our first workshop, participants from around the globe gathered to connect, collaborate, and contribute to the future of R Generation.

🚀 A GLOBAL CONNECTION

Diverse perspectives From Pennsylvania to Paris, and Mexico City to Tokyo, participants shared their unique stories and skills, reminding us that community transcends borders. Whether it was Rodrigo’s business innovator and design thinking expert, Clotilde’s a magic designer or Tatiana’s L&D expert, the room was alive with creativity.

Breaking the Ice We started with an engaging exercise on Miro, where participants created personal badges highlighting their strengths and values. From “avid cat sitters” to “game show hosts,” these personal touches fostered immediate connections learning the last Miro’s tricks & features !

🌍 SHAPING VALUES AND VISION

Defining Our Core Values Participants discussed what they’d fight for: authenticity, trust, and inclusivity emerged as the pillars of our community. Rejecting fake interactions and shallow engagements, the group emphasized the importance of meaningful, human-centered collaboration.

The Power of Design Boris reminded us that design isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about respect. “A well-designed experience shows you care about people’s time, energy, and attention.”

🍀 WHAT’S NEXT FOR THE 101 TEAM ?

2025 Vision Building The next steps include crafting a clear, inspiring vision for R Generation’s future. While the final vision may evolve, the excitement is palpable. The vision doesn’t need to be precise, it just needs to be exciting !

Opening the factory doors The team is also working on launching the R GEN Factory, a system to support creators, facilitators, and innovators in developing workshops, templates, and community events.
