It’s officially my first time writing this newsletter, and let’s be real - I’m thrilled, slightly nervous, and fully caffeinated. Taking over from Boris means stepping into big shoes (and a solid newsletter legacy), but more than anything, I’m excited about the possibilities.

🔥 Because this isn’t just another newsletter about remote work. It’s about us - the builders, the doers, the facilitators and the creators - figuring out how to make remote work work better together.

Last week, we teamed up with Mathieu Ritter & Undiscovered for an epic remote collaboration session, and let’s just say, the bar has officially been raised 🔥

But what made it special ?

• We got hands-on with Butter’s polling features and experiment an exiting new template on Miro to future proof your LinkedIn profil.

• We celebrated top contributors and announce a amazing partnership to come with Undiscovered delivering remote open positions for our community members 🎉

• We came this close to maxing out the 200 registration limit ! Proof that when a session is packed with value (and great people), the buzz spreads fast.

🌍 My Favorite Corner of (R) Generation

One of my absolute favorite parts of this community ? The Here & Now channel. Inspired by nownownow.com and suggested by Rodrigo Passarelli, it started as an experiment - we tested both an image-driven version and a text-driven version before landing on the one we have now.

And yes, it was my personal favorite - because I love scrolling through what looks like a wall of people’s lives on my phone📱

Which brings me to another underrated perk of (R) Generation : accessing the community seamlessly from both my laptop and mobile.

OH - and speaking of change, as a recent Windows-to-Mac convert (after nearly 30 years in corporate life), I’m loving it even more. Who knew I’d ever say that? 😂
