Hold on tight—November is all about connection and transformation !

🚀 Véronique Carbonneau is a dedicated coach, project manager, and experienced designer with over 13 years of expertise in social innovation, education, and philanthropy. Guided by her fascination for human connection and a strong creative drive, Véronique brings clarity and structure to complex ideas, helping clients navigate the intricacies of strategic planning.

Throughout her career, Véronique has worked extensively with non-profits in social development, a field that aligns perfectly with her commitment to people and purpose. As an NLP coach, she combines her passion for human psychology with her multidisciplinary background to create impactful coaching experiences. Her educational foundation includes a bachelor’s in creativity and innovation, a certificate in philanthropic management, and training in psychoeducational intervention from the University of Montreal.
💡 In her current role, Véronique helps organisations articulate their purpose and impact through the Theory of Change framework—a model she’s developed to visually and strategically clarify how specific actions contribute to long-term, meaningful outcomes. By using this model, organisations can map out not only what they aim to achieve but also how each program and activity lead to tangible change.
Véronique’s approach ensures that this process isn’t just conceptual; it’s evidence-based and adaptable, grounded in a methodology that brings organisations closer to their mission.
🧩 Through her work, Véronique is shaping a movement for greater intentionality and impact in the social innovation sector. Her Theory of Change model is more than just a framework; it’s a practical tool for empowering organisations to make strategic decisions, measure their success, and drive meaningful impact.

🔥 How can organisations articulate their impact with confidence ?
The Theory of Change framework is an intuitive and engaging way for teams to clarify and communicate their mission. By providing a structured approach to mapping actions, resources, and desired outcomes, it ensures every effort aligns with the organisation’s ultimate vision. Whether you’re designing a new project or refining an existing one, this framework brings depth, clarity, and purpose to the planning process.

In progress research with the R Sprint team ✨
This framework offers a detailed roadmap for organisations seeking clarity on their purpose and intended impact. It outlines :
The essential activities and resources required to achieve desired outcomes,
The external conditions necessary for program success,
The potential obstacles, and
The direct, logical connection between an organisation’s work and the long-term social, psychological, or environmental changes they hope to realise.

In our latest webinar, Jan Keck took us on an inspiring journey through the world of virtual facilitation, emphsasizing the importance of genuine connection, even across digital platforms. Known for his approach of “melting the ice” rather than “breaking it,” Jan shared insights from his Miro Onboarding Adventure, a framework designed to introduce teams to Miro in a way that fosters both learning and meaningful interaction.
Key highlights included
From scecptic to champion: Jan shared his initial scepticism about virtual collaboration tools, which he felt could create barriers to authentic human connection. However, as he experimented with creative methods, such as virtual group hugs during the pandemic, he discovered powerful ways to use technology to bring people together meaningfully.
Melting the Ice : In contrast to traditional icebreakers, which can feel forced, Jan introduced his concept of “melting the ice.” This involves a gradual process of building trust through small, intentional interactions, akin to nurturing a campfire that warms everyone over time. This approach respects each participant’s comfort level and fosters natural connection.
Pre-boarding and asynchronous engagement : Jan’s Miro Onboarding Adventure encourages participants to engage in pre-boarding exercises at their own pace. This framework allows team members to familiarise themselves with Miro’s tools and each other before the live session, ensuring that everyone arrives prepared and connected.
Participants also had a chance to explore Jan’s onboarding framework firsthand, using interactive exercises to develop confidence with Miro’s features while fostering camaraderie.
The webinar underscored Jan’s mission to transform how people connect online, demonstrating that with the right approach, virtual spaces can offer moments of true human connection.
For those who missed the live session, the replay is now available. Dive in to learn how to facilitate with heart, connect with intention, and make the most of virtual tools to create a more engaged and connected team environment.

First time webinar, on February 1st, under the R Generation banner 💛

After a first creator’s webinar episodes and workshops, the Community Events calendar from the Miro MVP program (Most Valuable People) was a first hyperspace booster to reach the first 500 followers on luma !

A couple of months later, thanks to remarkable partners like Eleanor Hooker and Lauren Hill Booker this vision gained momentum joining the early stage creators fund : a support that fuelled our growth, helping us to create something that goes beyond individual events — a thriving movement for collaboration and innovation in the remote space 💛
