Boris here. Q3 just wrapped up and honestly? We've been running on flu, caffeine, and momentum for three months straight.
While everyone caught their breath after summer, we closed our first €10k+ community services contract, welcomed game-changing team members, and crossed 7000 followers like it was just another Tuesday.
Today's menu? The three breakthrough moments that redefined R Generation, our battle-tested Q4 roadmap, and the honest truth about turning a passion project into something that pays the bills.

🔥 BACK TO WORK...
Remember our ambitious year-end goals of 1000 members and 100 paid subscriptions? We're not hitting those. But plot twist: we found something way better.
7000 followers. 2000 readers. 400 members in the HUB. 1 community service contract signed!
More importantly? We went from "cool community experiment" to "we just got paid five figures to replicate what we built". That's validation.

✨ Q3 IN 3 MOMENTS
This wasn't just growth. This was transformation. Three things happened between July and September that fundamentally changed what R Generation is.
1️⃣ We sold our first real contract
Not a small deal. Not a "let's see where this goes" pilot. A €10k+ community services contract with Goood, a French agile consulting firm.
They're not buying a Circle setup — they're buying everything we learned building this community. The R SPRINT workshop system. The content factory. The engagement playbooks. Our whole DNA.

This proves what we do isn't magic or luck — it's replicable, adaptable, and valuable. And we're delivering it as a team, which means we can do it again.
2️⃣ The creator program became a machine
Creator planning for 2025-2026 locked down. Four creators lined up for July. All Q4 events scheduled. And most importantly: systems that make it sustainable.

We built standardized onboarding, automated briefing boards, and a Figma content factory that generates all assets at once. No more design marathons.

Creators contents and workflows have been streamlined!
Results: 50k+ views on our Miroverse page, NPS above +60 on webinars, still top 1% of Miro users with probably the smallest following (quality > quantity, always).
3️⃣ The team leveled up
Marion Zoe joined as Community Experience Manager one day a week. Immediate impact: consistent LinkedIn presence, strategic communications, tangible momentum.

Silvia officially joined the 101 team and with Marion, they're rebuilding the membership model from scratch — focused on solopreneurs and micropreneurs.

We’ve reach Beehiiv’s TOP 30% newsletter after 60 countinuous weeks streak!
Deb pushed us into the top 30% of Beehiiv newsletters. For a tiny community newsletter, that's absurd. Plus Rodrigo on automation, while Clotilde crushing creator experience and Tatiana & Steve thrive our Remote Coworking with so much success!
This isn't just a team anymore. It's an engine.
We have dreamed about community services in January, build the offer in July, hit the ground running in September with a first contract… With already other opportunities to come

🔮 Q4, BUILDING ‘26 LAUNCHPAD
Let's be honest: we're not hitting 1000 free members and 100 paid ones by December. But chasing membership numbers was the wrong game. The real game? Building community infrastructure so valuable, people contribute for it.
New membership model 🎁
Silvia and Marion Zoe are redesigning everything from the ground with one goal : bring more clarity and visibility to our value proposition. In details? Expect a new member’s journey from website to free and paid spaces next year.

A New hub structure for solopreneurs and micropreneurs with dedicated "Echoes of Solo" spaces, monthly challenges, integrated mentorship, and tools for solo builders.
Community services at scale 💼
Sales deck finalized. Lead gen activated. Clear packages. Revenue sharing model ready. If you know an org wanting to launch or scale a community, introduce us. We split revenue with those who bring opportunities.

Creators, always 🎨
All Q4 events locked. R SPRINT templates system is ready to evolve to version 8 this fall. More workshops with new Miro Prototype licenses. The creator program keeps getting sharper.

And here's our boldest move yet: We've launched our Community Services Program, packaging all our creative, facilitation, and community-building expertise for other organizations. From internal community to external consultancy — we're scaling the R Generation DNA beyond our walls.

💬 WHAT THIS MEANS?
Q3 taught us: a community isn't a member count. It's a collective capacity to create more value.
More value for you in webinars and templates.
More value for creators getting platforms to shine.
More value for organizations trusting us to help them build.
We're not building the biggest remote community. We're building the most useful one. Where quality trumps quantity. Where templates are genuinely excellent. Where connections are real.
Next year, we're a professional community, it is not a joke.
This quarter, we proved we can turn value into revenue — not through ads, but by helping others build what we've built.
